Heatproof filter cloth
1. The fiberglass filtration cloth is the mesh cloth woven with non-alkali fiberglassyarn, which has the properties of anti-corrosion of the molten aluminum andchlorine-fluorine metals and high-temperature resistance. It can be used to filterthe molten aluminum and aluminum alloy for 4 consecutive hours if the flow rateis less than 10kg/min and for one half hours if the flow rate is less than 120kg/minat the temperature of 700 with the effect of filtering the suspended oxidesand other impurities. It is the best filtration material during the smeltingprocess of the aluminum and its alloys. We provide our clients with a wide rangeof fiberglass filtration cloth and filtration tubes and pieces being speciallytreated with resin.2. The reinforced cloth for grounding wheel is the fiberglass mesh texture coatedwith phenol aldehyde or epoxy resin. The fiberglass is treated with silane andcoated with resin, which can firmly adhere emery powder to the cloth, making thegrounding wheel with excellent heat-resistance and strong structural intensityand high-speed cutting capability.
